How Points Table will Works:
If a team wins a match then 2 points will be given to that team, if a team lose a match then that team will score 0 points and if a match gone draw or no result then each team will get 1 point in that match. A team will get the top position on the points table if team wins the most group matches. If there are teams with equal wins in group matches and equal points then the team with the higher run rate will get the top position on the points table. If there are teams with the equal run rate then the team with the higher number of wickets taken per balls bowled will get the top position on points table. If they are still equal then the number of wins in head to head matches played between them will decide their position on the points table.

Run rate can be calculated as deducting the average runs scored per over against a team from the average runs scored per over by that team in the tournament. If a semi-final results in a tie match then both teams have to play a super over to qualify for final and if semi-final results in no result then the team with the higher position in group will qualify for the final same as if final match results in tie then there will be super over and if final match results in no result then both teams will declared joint winners.
